Ms. Pham Hoang Lan is a paralegal in our Appeal and Litigation team of Banca since 2020. She has received her Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from University of Melbourne in 2015 and Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University in 2018. Before joining Banca, Ms. Lan has been working as a Trademark examiner in IP Office of Vietnam for 4 years and has finished the IP course organized by the Office. Ms. Lan is specializing in all trademark matters from filing to other procedures. Currently, she is independently handling many cases related to trademark refusals, appeals, oppositions and IP infringements in Vietnam.
