With more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property industry, Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Van provided advice and counsel to multi global companies – with a particular focus on handling IP infringement. As an IP attorney, Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Van has assisted thousands of clients to protect their IP rights.
Before establishing Banca, Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Van was a government officer of the IP Office of Vietnam in Legal Department for 10 years. She participated in a team of drafting the IP regulations of Vietnam at that time, and she was also a consultant in helping Laos and Cambodia for drafting their very first IP regulations. Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Van had her Bachelor Degree on Finance in Russia in 1980. She received her diploma in Intellectual Property Law in 1987 in Russia. She became one of the first IP Representatives of Vietnam in 1990. She received her Bachelor Degree in Law in 1992 and joined Hanoi Bar Association in 2005. She is an active member of INTA, APAA, VIPA.
