Mrs. Pham Hong Nhung is CEO of Banca. She joined the Firm in 2004 upon her graduation from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with Degree in B.A. Mrs. Pham Hong Nhung helps clients solve their most complex and challenging IP legal problems. She primarily focuses her practice on investigation and handling IP infringement, drafting IP related contracts, solving IP disputes. She also led a team helping one client to persuade the related government entities to correct a word definition in Encyclopedia of Vietnam and various dictionaries by adding note “trademark” in order to avoid the risk of being cancelled as a generic term – this
was the first case in the IP history of Vietnam. Mrs. Pham Hong Nhung became IP Representative in 2005. She received her Law Degree from Hanoi Law University in 2009. She is a member of Hanoi Bar Association since 2015 until now. Mrs. Pham Hong Nhung is also a member of INTA, APAA, VIPA.
