She joined the Firm in 2004 upon her graduation from Hanoi Law University and Lawyer Training Course – Judicial Academy. She is well experienced in handling all trademark matters in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia including trademark prosecution, assignment, licensing, opposition, appeal, cancellation, unfair competition, IP rights enforcement, and litigation, etc. With over 18-year experience, she has involved in thousands of trademark cases for both local and foreign clients, assisted clients in developing, protecting, and enforcing their IP rights. Her particular strengths are handling unfair competition, IP rights enforcement, and litigation.
