Mrs. Pham Kieu Thuy is Head of Patent and Industrial Design Department since 2017 until now. She awarded PhD title from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany) in medical microbiology with a demonstrated history of working in the research in diverse, in vivo and in vitro experimental model systems from molecular and cell biology, cell signaling to genetics. She has also experience in advising on Freedom to Operate (FTO) search, providing patentability opinions, drafting patent specifications with claims, preparing response to office actions for patent and industrial design applications and alsopreparing documents for pre-grant opposition and post-grant cancellation and appeal procedures. Mrs. Pham Kieu Thuy is also a member of INTA, APPAA, VIPA.
