Vietnam to apply new Nice list of goods & services and International Patent Classification from 2019
From January 1st, 2019, the NOIP shall apply a new Nice list of goods and services as well as international patent classification as per WIPO’s newly released documents. If the applicant is not classified in accordance with 2 above new classifications, the NOIP shall re-classified by themselves and require applicants to pay Classification fee as regulated.
